A quote provided via phone, text, or through this website does not constitute a binding contract. Work begins only after we agree with you on the scope and price on-site.

Services.

We provide stump grinding, mulch and sod installation, debris removal, and outdoor services across the north Atlanta metro area. The specific scope of each job is agreed upon between you and our crew before work begins. Any changes to scope during the job will be discussed and approved by you before we proceed.

Your responsibilities.

• Ensure we have clear access to the stump and work area.
• Inform us of any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, or septic systems near the stump.
• Obtain any permits required by your municipality before scheduling work on protected tree species.
• Keep children, pets, and bystanders away from the work area during service.

Photos of your property.

We may photograph your property before, during, and after our work for quality documentation, insurance purposes, and, with your permission, for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you prefer that we not use photos of your property publicly, let us know and we will respect your wishes. You can revoke this permission at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Roberto's Stump Grinding and Outdoor Services LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to property damage caused by pre-existing conditions (rotting roots, hidden utilities, subsurface obstructions) that were not disclosed or discoverable prior to the work.

Dispute resolution.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
